A Medieval Book of Days

Align Your Future with the Past

The Medieval Book of Days, is a perpetual (yearless) calendar originally printed in 1999 that has recently resurfaced!  Each week of the year is given two facing pages; one with a photograph or illustration, and the facing page with a weekly planner that notes key dates occuring from the Medieval through the Renaissance era such as:

  • Historical birthdates
  • Historical deathdates
  • Saint’s days
  • Pagan days

The book also includes a reference section featuring:

  • A Dictionary of Medieval Terms

This arcane artifact dates back to 1999, so the contacts and listings included tell tales of times long gone, and might be considered a novelty rather than a resource:

  • Renaissance Faire Contacts
  • Shakespeare Festival Listings
  • Faire Performers Listings
